Program Registration
The program includes the following:
12 (three-hour) interactive workshops - community centered and hands-on

Lodging for seven nights at the mountaintop RAICES Institute Center
​
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner— plant-based meals prepared with locally grown ingredients
Transportation to and from the airport during set times
In-country transportation

Food and Sustainability Certificate (Optional)—online program with 36 hours of content valued at $499 with over 15 food and sustainability experts, discussing environmental impacts of food production, food justice and accessibility, international food systems, and positive changes individuals and groups can make every day through food choices. (Note: If you have already taken the Food and Sustainability Certificate, there will be a $300 deduction from the total price.)
